Privacy Policy

In providing your personal information, Crave Curious may collect and use the following personal information for the following purposes:

• Contact information (i.e. name, phone number, email address), which we use to create your account and communicate with you; 

• Credit or debit card information, which we use to process payment for the Crave Curious coaching programs/sessions and support;

• Any information you provide to individual coaches during coaching sessions, which we use to support your defined goals around alcohol consumption. 

Information you provide to our coaches, along with our coaches notes including such information, will be kept confidential by them and not shared with anyone else at Crave, with the exception of other coaches that you may have sessions with. We will not allow anyone else at Crave to access your personal information without your express consent. Certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaches or professionals at Crave for training or consultation purposes.

We will also not disclose your personal information to any third party without your express consent, with the exception of the following circumstances:

• if the coach believes that you are in a life-threatening emergency;

• if the coach notice evidence of an immediate risk of serious harm or injury to you and/or others;

• if the coach suspects a minor, or elderly or disabled person may be at imminent risk of abuse or neglect; or

• if a court order is received for the release of information under Crave’s control requiring the coach to testify in a court hearing.

We may otherwise share your personal information with third-party service providers to assist us in providing the Crave Curious program – specifically, vendors who facilitate our communications with you via text message, email and videoconference. We only share your personal information with these vendors to the extent necessary to provide you with coaching and for no other purpose.
